MB Energy publishes 2025 Sustainability Report: Development and Ongoing Efforts in Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility

MB Energy is pleased to present its 2025 Sustainability Report, showcasing progress in implementing its sustainability strategy and developing lower-carbon energy solutions. The publication highlights the company’s dedication to providing reliable and adaptable energy solutions while integrating sustainability considerations into its business model and strategic development.

The report, which is published on the company’s website, provides an overview of MB Energy’s strategic actions and measurable progress, including investments in alternative energy solutions such as hydrogen infrastructure, the expansion of multi-fuel offerings and the development of charging infrastructure for heavy-duty transport, as well as ongoing efforts to address emissions in its operations and along its value chain, while supporting customers in their individual transition pathways.

MB Energy’s efforts are recognised externally: in the EcoVadis sustainability rating, the group was awarded the bronze medal for the first time in 2025, achieving 68 points which represents an improvement of 11 points compared with the previous year. This reflects continued development in strengthening sustainability management and operational practices and places MB Energy among the top 35% of companies in its sector according to EcoVadis benchmarks. This accolade underscores the ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and engage meaningfully with the communities served.

“Our 2025 Sustainability Report reaffirms our position as a reliable energy partner, says Jonathan Perkins, CEO at MB Energy. “We are determined to be more than just a fuel supplier: we aim to support our customers through the energy transition – providing reliable energy today and building the solutions they need tomorrow. All this, while creating long-term value for our employees, customers and shareholders.”

The company engages regularly with key stakeholders, including local communities, industry partners and policymakers, to align its sustainability approach with evolving expectations and regulatory requirements. Since February 2025, MB Energy is also a participant in the United Nations Global Compact, underlining its commitment to internationally recognised principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.
