Kaiser Söhne Mineralöle GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the Petronord Group since mid-2002. Over the course of its history, the company has evolved from a traditional mineral oil trader into a lubricant specialist for industrial production processes. Today, with a wide range of products, more than 2 million litres of storage capacity and its own fleet of vehicles, Kaiser Söhne offers its customers a comprehensive lubricant management service.
With effect from 1 February 2024, the shareholders of Kaiser Söhne have decided to jointly sell the company to Adolf ROTH GmbH & Co. KG in Gießen as part of a share deal.
