In order to supply fuel to customers at Copenhagen Airport, MB Energy has invested in the airport’s fuel infrastructure to gain access to the facility.
“This investment underlines our aim to improve aviation supply chains in Denmark and across Europe,” says Simon Weiss, Head of Aviation at MB Energy. “We look forward to continuing our work in the aviation sector, ensuring that we support both today’s and tomorrow’s travel by working closely with our customers and partners,” he adds.
MB Energy will also supply SAF to customers at Copenhagen Airport, highlighting one of the ways in which the company is committed to a more sustainable future for aviation by providing alternatives to conventional aviation fuels.
MB Energy offers its customers bespoke solutions on their journey towards decarbonisation. The company supplies a broad and flexible product range – not only for the conventional market, but also plays an active role in facilitating market access for lower-carbon fuel solutions. The main focus is on expanding the business, particularly in sectors that are difficult to electrify, such as aviation, by utilising its core competencies in the procurement, storage, handling and distribution of liquid fuels.
