Strengthening Our Sustainability Journey Through Continuous Improvement – Our 2026 EcoVadis Assessment
At MB Energy, sustainability is not defined by a single achievement but by a commitment to continuous improvement, transparency and responsible business practices.
This year marks another important milestone in that journey, reflecting the progress made across our organisation to strengthen environmental, social governance (ESG) performance while continuing to deliver value for our customers, partners and stakeholders.
Recognising Meaningful Progress
Following our 2025 sustainability assessment, MB Energy has further improved its performance through a structured programme of collaboration, analysis and targeted action.
In 2026, MB Energy was awarded a Silver Medal by EcoVadis, building on the Bronze Medal we were awarded in 2025. With an overall score of 78 out of 100, MB Energy placed in the 92nd percentile, planting us firmly among the top 15% of the companies assessed by EcoVadis. This represents a 10 point improvement on our 2025 EcoVadis score of 68 out of 100. This achievement reflects the progress we have made in strengthening our sustainability performance and demonstrates our continued commitment to responsible business practices.

A Strategic Approach to Sustainability

Following our previous assessment, our Sustainability Team conducted a detailed review of the results, identifying opportunities to strengthen policies, improve documentation and enhance governance across the business.
Working closely with colleagues throughout the organisation, these actions have helped further integrate sustainability into our business operations while improving the quality and transparency of our ESG reporting.
This approach ensures the sustainability remains embedded within the way we operate rather than being treated as a standalone initiative.
