MB Energy strengthens regional supply in the Voltlage and Neuenkirchen area
The MB Energy Group’s Last Mile Energy division takes over the trading and retail business of Josef Gertken Mineralöl, Handels- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, based in Voltlage. The associated fleet of trucks and the employees will also become part of the company.
With this transaction, the MB Energy Group has taken over the business of a well-established and respected fuel distributor in the region, continuing a legacy built up over many years. For customers, this means that the trusted supply of fuels will continue under the MB Energy brand.

The transaction is in line with the MB Energy Group’s strategy to expand its regional market presence and strengthen local customer relationships in the energy supply sector. By combining long-standing local customer relationships, sales expertise and specialised logistics, the group is strengthening its position to supply customers in north-western Germany reliably, efficiently and in line with their needs.
